You will meet with your medical provider for an intake appointment. We will arrange for you to have your labs drawn locally. And then meet with you for a more detailed visit to review your labs and develop a customized, Comprehensive Wellness Plan that will help you not only relieve your symptoms but truly restore your health and prevent disease for years to come.

Your medications and supplements will be delivered to your door. Plus, you’ve got the support of your medical provider and the option for access to a personal health coach ongoing as we work together to restore your health from the inside out.

Our Process

Step 1: Meet with your provider

We will sit with you, review symptoms, health history, lifestyle factors and discuss a lab work-up plan.

Step 2: Develop Plan

Review labs and plan for treatment options whether supplements, hormones or other medications, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, and more. Afterwards, all your medications and supplements are delivered to your door.

Step 3: Monitor and Support

You’ll have access and availability to your provider team when you have questions or need help. We work 1-on-1 with each patient to fine tune the Wellness Plan based upon symptom progress and lab monitoring.
